Kunwar Singh Memorial Lectures

Kunwar Singh, an Indian Revolutionary of 1857, the 1st Independence war of India. Born on 13 November 1777 and died in 26 April 1858 at Jagdishpur, Bihar. He is also known as Babu Kunwar Singh and a great organiser of the revolution of 1857.

  • 17th Kunwar Singh Memorial Lecture 2024 was delivered by noted author Dr. Akhlaq Ahmad Ahan and presided by eminent writer Leeladhar Mandloi, held on 10th May 2024 at Secular House, New Delhi.

  • 16th Kunwar Singh Memorial Lecture 2023 was delivered by noted village intellectual Janardan Rai and presided by academician B. N. Pandey, held on 25th November 2023 at Nagwa, Ballia in UP.

  • 15th Kunwar Singh Memorial Lecture 2022 was delivered by noted historian Sanjay Kumar and presided by Indologist Dr. Ramprasad Bhatt from University of Hamburg, Germany; held on 8th October 2022 at Panchayat Bhawan, Jaiharikhal, Uttarakhand.

Kumar Nayan Memorial Village History Lectures

Kumar Nayan, an eminent poet, and literary thinker from Buxar in Bihar, the city famous for Battle of Buxar 1764. He was associated with Creative History/Rangashree village History workshop from 2010. Died in 2021 during COVID period.

  • Proposed 5th Kumar Nayan Memorial Village History Lectures 2024 at Putti, Meerut on 10th November 2024; famous for 1857 revolt.

  • 4th Kumar Nayan Memorial Village History Lectures 2024 was delivered by noted village historian Dhannulal Prematur and presided by noted advocated Rameshwar Prasad Verma, held on 26th November 2023 at S. P. S. Public School, village Unwans, Buxar in Bihar.

  • 3rd Kumar Nayan Memorial Village History Lecture 2022 was delivered by noted young historian Shivani Rawat and presided by Indologist Dr. Ramprasad Bhatt from University of Hamburg, Germany; held on 8th October 2022 at Panchayat Bhawan, Jaiharikhal, Uttarakhand.

1st to 2nd Kumar Nayan Memorial Village History Lecture was jointly organised by Rangashree/ Creative History. 1st Lecture was delivered by Prof. Upul Ranjeet (Sri Lanka) and 2nd was Dr. Deepak Kumar Rai (Historian); presided by eminent political thinker and Ex Rajysabha Member Nagendra Nath Ojha (online).

Creative History Annual Lectures

Creative History Annual Lecture was proposed in the meeting of Board of Trustees in 2024 and the trust decided to organise the lecture every year in Delhi on emerging area in the world of intellectuals. It was also decided that the lecture was deliver by an eminent social scientist/author/or any other important personalities of his/her fields and preside by an eminent person/social personality.

  • 1st Creative History Annual Lecture 2024 was delivered by eminent political sociologist Manindra Nath Thakur (JNU) on Indian intellectual history and presided by eminent historian S. N. R. Rizwi (Gorakhpur Universdity), associated with since foundation day of UP History Congress; in the gracious presence of Prashant C. Bajpai (President, Indian Socialist Education), Mahendra Prasad Singh (Eminent Artist), Devendra Choubey (Author), Anil K. Goyal (Financial Expert), Punam S. Kudaisiya (Artist), Rashmi Choubey (Historian and President, Creative History), Ramakant Upadhyay (Vice President, Creative History), Ashish Kumar Pandey (Secretary, Creative History), Brij Bhushan Choubey (EC Member, Creative History), Ajay Kumar Yadav (Critic) and many others intellectuals on 10th May 2024 at Committee Hall, Secular House, Aruna Asaf Ali Marg (Opposite to JNU East Gate), New Delhi.
